I am very pleased to announce that our UK Distribution Hub is having an upgrade! The UK Hub, often simply referred to as ‘Tates’ is moving a short distance up the road to a larger and more modern location. The transfer of the main stock holding warehouse will take place at the end of this month – September 2022.
We believe that this is great news for our UK customers but it does leave us with some unavoidable disruption to our deliveries around this time. As a result, please note that we won’t be able to dispatch any deliveries on Monday/Tuesday the 26th & 27th September respectively. This is simply to enable a small window of time to ensure that all stock is moved between the old and new locations effectively.
With the above in mind, I would recommend that you consider placing orders ahead of these dates to be delivered in week commencing 19th September. I would point out that orders will be accepted and processed throughout this period but will simply take longer to arrive if they fall across the 26th & 27th September.
Newco and Tates will be working hard to ensure that there is as little disruption as is possible during this period but would politely ask you to bear with us over these few days as the changes take place.
