Please note that as of the 1st of June 2022 Newco has had to raise the minimum order value (MOQ) from £250.00 to £300.00 ex vat. Newco does not make changes of this type lightly but have had no choice as a result of the continuing cost increases in the global markets. Fuel and energy costs in particular have increased the cost of distribution significantly and as such the business has been forced to react.
Rather than raise product prices at this point we hope that making our deliveries more cost effective i.e. slightly larger per visit, that this will help avoid further product price increases at this time and in the foreseeable future.
In keeping with the above we would politely ask you, our valued customers, to support us in this process. For example, where possible, this can be done by combining orders such as AdBlue with the main Car Care or Truck orders as we often see these being ordered separately in the same week. Not only would it be more cost effective to send one larger order but it would also be environmentally friendly too!
At Newco, we recognise that this may not be possible all the time but if you can support the above request where you can, then we would very much appreciate it.
